This document expresses the terms of service which all customers who purchase a product from DonHoster fully accept, and under which the service is provided. All present and future products or services are regulated under this policy, which may be modified at any time with or without prior notice, and the user accepts such changes by continued use of our services.

By placing an order, activating a service, or accessing your client area, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Company Responsibilities

Notifications

DonHoster commits to sending notifications, promotions, payment reminders, and service updates through tickets or email. While the company commits to delivering these communications, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to be aware of their service expiration and renewal dates.

It is essential that the customer provides current and updated contact information and notifies us immediately of any changes. DonHoster is released from responsibility if a notification does not reach its destination due to incorrect or outdated contact details provided by the customer.

Technical Support

DonHoster provides technical support exclusively via ticket or email, and only for issues related to hardware and server connectivity. Software-related support is not included, as the customer is the sole administrator of their product, its security, operation, and backup management.

Technical support is not available by phone or through social media channels. All support requests must be submitted through the client area ticket system or via email.

Warranty

DonHoster cannot guarantee that the offered service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that information available through our products is virus-free. The customer is aware of all risks inherent to the use of technology and its vulnerabilities.

The customer accepts and acknowledges that any information placed on our servers could potentially be accessible to internet users, and that DonHoster bears no responsibility for the loss of their information. Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own independent backups at all times.

Pricing

DonHoster reserves the right to modify the price of its products at any time, whether for new purchases or renewals, with or without prior notice to its customers. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Current pricing is always available on the DonHoster website. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing terms.

Customer Responsibilities

Use of Our Products

The customer agrees to use DonHoster products only for legal purposes. Any illegal conduct or conduct the company considers improper according to international regulations is strictly prohibited. DonHoster reserves the right to analyze any situation and apply sanctions — up to and including immediate termination of the service contract — depending on the severity of the infraction.

The customer accepts full responsibility and exempts DonHoster from liability for any content stored in the purchased products, its use, and any international legal consequences that may arise.

The following are expressly prohibited on DonHoster infrastructure:

  • Distribution of malware, spam, phishing content, or any form of malicious software
  • Hosting of child exploitation material or any content illegal under applicable law
  • DDoS attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
  • Copyright infringement or distribution of unlicensed software and media
  • Mining of cryptocurrencies without prior written authorization from DonHoster
  • Any activity that degrades service quality or performance for other customers

Infractions

The customer agrees to behave respectfully toward DonHoster and its employees. Any action aimed at damaging our image, mistreating, threatening, or offending our staff constitutes sufficient cause for immediate termination of all services, without refund.

The customer further agrees not to perform any voluntary or involuntary action that harms DonHoster servers or affects their proper functioning for other customers. This includes, but is not limited to, overloading shared resources, conducting network attacks, or exploiting server vulnerabilities.

Product Suspension

Failure to pay for a product before the due date is sufficient cause for immediate suspension of the service. DonHoster grants a grace period of 72 hours during which the customer may contact us to resolve the payment before all product data is permanently deleted.

If the customer wishes to cancel their product or not renew it, they must submit a formal cancellation request through the client area with the corresponding justification, at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Domain Acquisition

Domain name availability is not controlled by DonHoster. It is the customer's responsibility to wait until registration confirmation is received before considering a domain secured. Domains cannot be modified once registered until the contract term is complete.

Any transcription errors or changes of opinion by the customer are their sole responsibility. If the customer wishes to use a different domain name, they must register and acquire a new available domain at their own expense.

Renewals

The customer acknowledges that expired domains renewed late will have a maximum recovery window of 10 days. Reactivation following a late renewal may take between 24 and 48 hours due to required DNS propagation, and availability during this period is not guaranteed. This propagation period is not controlled by DonHoster.

DonHoster recommends enabling auto-renewal through the client area to avoid unintended service interruptions.

Domain Service Limitations

The customer is aware that domain registration and usage can be canceled, suspended, limited, or transferred if DonHoster, the domain registry provider, ICANN, a governmental authority, or any other relevant entity so decides — whether for dispute resolution, security protection, intellectual property infringement claims, or any other legally valid reason.

DonHoster will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of such events but cannot guarantee advance notice in all cases.

User Identification

The customer confirms they are legally responsible, over 18 years of age, or authorized by a legal representative who will be legally responsible for the use of the product and all data uploaded to DonHoster infrastructure.

The customer guarantees that all provided information — including email address, name, phone number, and billing data — is truthful and will be kept updated. Through acceptance of these terms, the customer also accepts DonHoster's Privacy & Data Processing Policy and authorizes the publication of relevant information in the WHOIS database and its use by the company, service providers, or government entities as required by law.

Payments & Billing

Payment Methods & Processing

DonHoster accepts payments via the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Bitcoin (BTC). All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Stripe Payments — Processed by Globalynet Holding Enterprise LLC

Credit and debit card transactions processed through Stripe are handled on behalf of DonHoster by Globalynet Holding Enterprise LLC, our authorized payment processing partner. As a result, card charges may appear on your bank or credit card statement under the name "Globalynet" or "Globalynet Holding" rather than "DonHoster".

This arrangement is part of our strategic alliance with Globalynet Holding Enterprise LLC and does not affect the services, pricing, or terms you have agreed to with DonHoster. If you have any questions about a charge on your statement, please contact us at admin@donhoster.com before initiating a chargeback.

All services are prepaid. Payment is due before the service activation date. DonHoster does not extend credit and does not provide services on a post-payment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are issued automatically and sent to the email address registered in the customer's client area. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure this address is current and accessible.

Refund Policy

DonHoster offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all web hosting, VPS, and cloud plans for first-time purchases. To request a refund, the customer must submit a written request to admin@donhoster.com within 30 days of the initial payment.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Dedicated server orders — due to hardware provisioning costs
  • Domain name registrations and transfers — these are non-refundable per registry policy
  • Services canceled after the 30-day money-back period
  • Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Renewal payments for existing services

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method. Refunds for Stripe transactions will appear under Globalynet Holding Enterprise LLC on your statement, consistent with the original charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DonHoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

DonHoster's total cumulative liability to any customer for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to DonHoster in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DonHoster is not responsible for service disruptions caused by:

  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions
  • Third-party network or infrastructure failures beyond our control
  • Customer actions, misconfigurations, or software installed by the customer
  • DDoS attacks directed at customer infrastructure

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Miami-Dade County.
